Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped with the service rate and carrier that you chose. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. 

- Processing times may vary during "sales" and "holidays" where large number of orders may cause shipping delays. Please refer to order confirmation email and notes on website advising on approximate shipping expectation. Cannabis hardware is not responsible for any carrier delays or to meet the estimated arrival window provided by carriers. 

- Cannabis Hardware will file claims on behalf of the customer when packages are lost or extensively delayed in accordance to the carrier minimum term requirements. (i.e. USPS allows claims to be filed a minimum of 15 days from the shipping date)

- Shipping times vary depending on the service selected:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1 to 4 days after processing)
  • USPS Express Mail (Overnight after processing)
  • UPS Ground (approximately 3 to 5 days after processing)

SHIPPING ON RETURNS

- If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item UNUSED within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping items back to Cannabis Hardware. 

SHIPPING ON WARRANTY CLAIMS

- If your device requires service within the Warranty period established on WARRANTY, customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping to Cannabis Hardware or from Cannabis Hardware. You may include a prepaid label or you will be contacted and invoiced for shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Cannabis Hardware cannot guarantee refund until items are received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Most, if not all International packages are subject to their respective country's taxes and duties. The customer is 100% responsible for customs and duties fees for importing products. 

Cannabis Hardware ships only with USPS, UPS and Fedex. 

USPS

- Priority International Service - This service is available to most countries and varies as far as transit times. Canadian customers may experience transit times of about 5-8 days.

Note: USPS does not use their own brokerage to collect duties, so they are less likely to charge you for such, though transit may be longer than UPS.

- First Class International Service - This is a less expensive service offered by USPS. It has no insurance and transit times are even longer than Priority. When you choose this service you are taking full responsibility for your lost package. Cannabis Hardware is not liable for packages lost in transit. This service is available upon request. 

UPS 

- UPS Saver and Expedited International - These are the best values for International shipments with a reasonable expected delivery time. Brokerage fees may apply. 

Note: UPS brokers all the taxes and duties due, so they will make sure to collect them every single time. Beware International Customers, especially customers in Canada. 

Fedex

- Fedex international Connect Plus - This service seems to be the best available for International customers as of now. Fast transit times and quite inexpensive. As of 7/27/23 we have been using them for 2 months and have had zero issues with customs.
